What should I send for a quote?
We build moulds from a sample, from our own or your documentation, or from an idea. Send a drawing or model (STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF), a photo with dimensions, or bring us a sample.
What is the lead time for a mould?
Fast delivery is one of our strengths. The exact lead time depends on the mould and comes with the quote.
Do you also mould the series, not just the tool?
Yes — contract moulding from 50+ up to 100,000 parts, with assembly and packaging.
What kinds of tools do you make?
Plastic injection moulds (standard nozzle, hot runner nozzles, hot runner system, special shut-off; HASCO and Kern components), blow moulding tools and rubber moulding tools.
Do you overhaul machines?
Yes — presses and extruders, plastic injection moulding machines, clamping systems, cylinders and screws, as well as screw + barrel reconstruction.
